New Delhi: A bill to constitute a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to administer and regulate aviation

safety and have an oversight over air transport operators, navigation service providers and other

related issues, has been approved by the government, official sources said Thursday.

Bomb scare grounds aircraft at KLIA

A package believed to contain three gold bars triggered a bomb scare on a Singapore-Chennai

flight today and forced the aircraft to be diverted to KL International Airport (KLIA).
